OBSERVATIONS
7 Townhomes sold, 5 Villas & 10 Detached Single Family Homes. 10 of the 22 sales in the 1st quarter this year were distressed properties. ie Short Sale or Foreclosure. This # is pretty high compared to 2013 where we had 18 distressed sales for the entire year. The good news is these were all started in early to mid 2013 and took months to finally close. So we are now just seeing this in 2014. We expect there to be plenty regular equity sales in 2014.
