With 8 homes being sold this month, we can say that the Spring Market has begun! So what kind of market is it? It is a buyers market. Many of the homes that we are seeing sell are either on the market for a few days or many days and have had many price reductions. Ultimately, buyers are looking for a "deal."This is what is interesting though. When buyers think they are buying a "deal" they are actually, usually, buying the true market value of the home. What this means for sells, is that it is pivotal to NOT overprice your home if you want it sold.
